Casual Dining Group to launch new pub concept

Casual Dining Group (CDG) has revealed plans to launch a new pub concept called The Mulberry.

The new all-day eating and drinking brand will replace CDG's Cafe Rouge in Well Street, Coventry, and will be similar to the company's two Ale & Coffee House sites, which are based at Heathrow and Jersey airports.

The Mulberry kitchen will serve up comfort and nostalgic dishes across breakfast, lunch and dinner. The bar will offer draught and packaged beer, affordable wine, a list of spirits and a range of coffee.

CDG is the operator of some of the UK’s favourite restaurant brands, including Bella Italia, Cafe Rouge and Las Iguanas.

It's one of the largest casual dining groups in the UK, employing over 8,000 people, and serving more than 20 million meals in close to 260 locations.
