Belushi’s Bar launches new app to reward customer loyalty


Belushi’s, a pan-European bar chain owned by Beds and Bars, has just launched a new App so that UK customers can earn points and rewards using a pay-in-store option.

The app, which has been named the Belushi’s Backstage Pass, has been developed by LOKE, a company that specialises in creating loyalty, payment and ordering apps.

The features of the new Belushi’s App will allow customers to:
- Make purchases on the app at the bar, similar to Apple Pay
- Earn 5 points for every £1 they spend
- Build up points to unlock different offers
- Climb up the tiered loyalty scheme. You can reach Bronze, Silver and Gold status
with different food & drink rewards available at each stage
- Split the bill with friends who also have the app
- Add a tip to their bill
- Claim student discounts
- Redeem their personalised rewards
- Receive regular, instant rewards through push notifications
- Access the menu from their smartphones
- Benefit from an overall a more personalised and tailored customer experience

The app is now available to download from the App store and Google Play. It will be available to use at all Belushi’s venues across the UK.
