Ibérica Restaurants has just announced that residents in London, Manchester, Leeds and Glasgow can now enjoy the flavours of the Mediterranean via Deliveroo and Supper.
The Spanish restaurant group, known for its celebration of Andalusian cuisine and ingredients, is now serving up its restaurant classics, regional specialities, deli items and larder essentials for collection or via delivery platforms, straight to the door.
There are traditional Spanish snacks to start including salty sweet Boquerones and Breads and olive oil, delicious with a glass of sparkling Vilarnau Brut Reserva Cava.
The cured meat selection includes the chain's famed jamon Iberico and rich sobrasada drizzled with honey. The traditional tapas plates include patatas bravas dressed in aioli, oozing tortillas, pulpo – octopus with paprika and potatoes and serrano ham croquettas alongside the more modern plates such as confit chicken and fiery romesco sauce and a fresh beetroot orange and pickled fennel salad, hinting of the Moorish influence in Spain.
For a sweet finish, there are crisp pastry churros, ready to be dunked into melted chocolate, and caramelised Catalan-style rice pudding – an Ibérica signature dish.
There is also a range of Spanish wines Cavas, Albarinos, sherries and cider, along with deli portions of specialist cheese and jamons There is even artisanal larder favourites like sardines, butterbeans, chickpeas and membrillo.
Customers can order the goods vua Ibérica's online shop, and can collect them every day from 12pm until 9pm from Ibérica’s restaurants
Ibérica’s classic and iconic tapas dishes, wines, deli items and larder products are now available to order through Deliveroo. 10% off all orders of £25 or more until 12 May, applied automatically at the checkout. Delivery through Deliveroo is available every day from 12pm - 9pm.
Wine and deli items are also available for delivery to the door through delivery service, Supper. This is available for residents who live within 2.5 miles of the Victoria, Farringdon or Marylebone restaurants. Delivery through Supper is available every day from 11am - 6pm.
