Maison Bab celebrates 2nd birthday with 50% off kebabs


To celebrate its 2nd birthday, Maison Bab and sister site, Le Bab are offering 50% off Chef Manu Canales’ iconic kebabs from 14-30 September.

There's Dirty Bab made from rare braised breed lamb with chilli meat jus, spicy sauerkraut, fries with signature cheesy fondue sauce, and 15-hour Pork Ribeye Shawarma - organic Dingley Dell Pork, slow cooked and charcoal grilled.

Also on the menu, Free-Range 'Fried Chicken' Shish Kebab - BBQ’d free-range chicken shish with southern fried crispy chicken skin, red cabbage, coriander and chilli mayo; and The Legendary Paneer Kebab - their signature paneer on a bed of fresh beetroot and coconut puree with pickled cucumber, crispy onions, curry mayo and coriander.

Maison Bab’s modern kebabs are honed from techniques in Michelin-starred kitchens and from Middle Eastern and South Asian cooking inspirations, all made with ethical and sustainably sourced ingredients.
