Rosa’s Thai Cafe to launch DIY meal kits this month

This month, Rosa's Thai Cafe and Tourism Thailand will celebrate 75 years of Thailand's national dish with the launch of the first Rosa's DIY Pad Thai kits.

Since opening its first restaurant in Spitalfields 12 years ago, Rosa’s Thai Cafe has sold over 1.4 million pad thais. Now, for the first time, customers can make founder Saiphin Moore’s signature dish at home - without the hassle of sourcing and measuring ingredients.

Each kit contains everything you need to bring an authentic taste of Rosa’s to kitchens all over the UK, including Rosas' signature pad thai sauce, and a QR link to a step-by-step cookalong video, hosted by Saiphin.

Priced at £40, the kits serve 4 and are delivered nationally, on Fridays. The kits are available to pre-order from Great Food 2 U for delivery from 20 November.
