Dorset based pub operator and retailer, Hall & Woodhouse has announced that it has acquired two pubs since its financial year-end in January. The two new sites to add to the company’s portfolio are in Bristol and Milford-on-Sea, and have also signed an option on a site in Melksham.
This year Hall & Woodhouse opened a new £5m brewery and just last week announced it is to soon open close to the hoist dock at Portishead Quays Marina in North Somerset.
The brewer also revealed it had made a profit of £5,666,000 on the sale of assets in the past five years.
