London pub group Antic has bought The Prince in Colliers Wood off a guide price of £1m. The new pub will be renamed Provenance and refurbished with the back bar being turned into a dining room.
The company, which operates a total of 11 freeholds with fund manager Downing LLP out of an estate of 30 pubs, is currently in the process of purchasing three further properties.
