Café Rouge welcomes new marketing director


Big Table Group, the operator of Las Iguanas, Bella Italia and Café Rouge, has appointed Lauren Burrill as the new marketing director of its Café Rouge business.

With over 15 years of experience in a number of marketing roles, Lauren joins Big Table Group from glh Hotels, where she was Marketing Director. Prior to that, Burrill worked for Royal Caribbean International for four years, and previous to that she was at Moet Hennessy UK.

Burrill will report to Steve Worrall, who joined the Big Table Group earlier this year as Brand Director for Café Rouge.

Big Table Group operates more than 150 restaurants across the UK and Ireland. The Group was formed in July 2020 to acquire and operate the Las Iguanas, Café Rouge and Bella Italia brands that were previously managed by Casual Dining Group (CDG), in concert with the existing management team.
