Mindful Chef launches limited edition street food range


This month, healthy food brand Mindful Chef is hosting a food fiesta, offering a menu filled with street food favourites from around the world, all with Mindful Chef’s signature healthy twist.

Designed to be shared with loved ones and cooked in less than thirty minutes, these recipes offer the perfect solution for springtime suppers.

In signature Mindful Chef style, all recipes will offer nutritionally balanced, nourishing meals; free from refined carbs, gluten and dairy, and with no additives.

Taking popular dishes such as Japanese Chicken Karaage and American Loaded Fries, Mindful Chef is serving these up in its signature way, with plenty of fresh vegetables, immense flavour and using only the best quality British produce.

Inspired by street food traditions from across the globe, hero dishes include Pork Gyros, the classic Greek street food, using high-quality British pork, rubbed with sumac, lemon and oregano, accompanied by zingy pickled onion all topped on morish homemade wraps.

Also on the menu is Indonesian Mee Bakso, a refreshing feel-good bowl packed with British beef meatballs with allspice, and soup with ginger, mushrooms and choi sum, as well as an Indian street food staple, Fish Pakora, made with flaky sustainability sourced hake alongside spiced homemade fries and a fresh tomato salsa.

Mindful Chef’s Street Food range will be running across the menu for a whole month, from Sunday 1st May to Sunday 29th May, with the seasonal specials available for 1 person, 2 people and a family of four.
