French company, Big Mamma Group to open Jacuzzi a 4-storied pleasure palace, on London's High Street Kensington in January 2023.
Jacuzzi will be the company's first restaurant in West London and its most luxurious restaurant to date.
The fourth restaurant in London after Gloria, Circolo Popolare and Ave Mario, Jacuzzi will be more than just a trattoria.
Jacuzzi will be set within an Italian mansion and sprawled across 4,000 sq ft, offering 170 seats and a spiralling 4 floors. Highlights will include a Sicilian mezzanine on the third floor with a retractable roof and glitter ball disco toilets in the basement.
Head Chef Manuel Prota will be cherry-picking only the finest ingredients to flaunt their Italian suppliers and the very best Italian cuisine has to offer.
Starters will include; the most exclusive of hams, Culatello di Zibello from Onesto Ghiradi served with gnocchi fritti, Burrata with fresh seasonal truffle and Pizetta topped with Italian Transmontanus Caviar by Kaviari from the Venice region.
For the main event; Lobster Risotto with half lobster, clams, red gurnard and cuttlefish and a colossal truffle pasta for two with fresh black truffle, truffle cream and parmigiano foam, in a 4kg wheel of pecorino.
The decadence overflows onto the dessert menu with a Cioccolato Fondue for two with Grand Cru Valrhona dark chocolate fondue and homemade churros.
