Duck & Waffle marks return of 24/7 dining with new late night menu

Duck & Waffle is returning to late night dining and its 24/7 operations following a 3-year pandemic & post-pandemic hiatus.

Starting next Monday, 13 March, the iconic 40th floor restaurant is expanding its late-night operations beyond weekends, serving Londoners and international visitors 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. To celebrate, Duck & Waffle is stepping up its overnight game with a craveworthy new menu available daily from 11:30pm to 5:00am.

“We are thrilled to bring back our 24/7 operation that Duck & Waffle London is known for,” explained Brand Founder Shimon Bokovza. “There’s much talk about this new early lifestyle of our post-pandemic world – but no! We’re here to reignite and contribute to the city’s magnetic and incredible late- night energy.

'Our guests have been missing it and London needs that magic. Nightlife is essential to the fabric of every international polestar. It’s time to bring it back.”

To mark the occasion, Culinary Director Daniel Barbosa and Executive Chef Maxwell Terheggen have curated a selection of craveable new late night dishes - highlights include: Duck Sliders (pictured) with scamorza, pickles, and special sauce, The Wings with spicy sauce and spring onions, Pork & Apple Corn Dogs and Shishito Poppers with chipotle mayo, among others.

Duck & Waffle offers decadent 'fillers' like the Francesinha, a bacon, beef, and linguiça sausage sandwich topped with Gruyère, duck egg and beer sauce, the Reuben, crafted with all the fixings, and a succulent Duck Shawarma complete with yoghurt sauce, slaw, and fresh coriander leaves.

Vegetarians will love the Grilled Artichoke Sandwich served on sourdough with sweet confit onions and blue cheese ranch; Burrata & Winter Leave with homemade granola, chives, honey & mustard dressing or the Mac ‘n’ Cheese with a creamy four cheese Mornay.

Rounding up the menu are the sweets including the signature ‘Full Elvis waffle with PBJ, caramelised banana, Chantilly and all the trimmings.

Late night revelers can keep the celebration going with Duck & Waffle legendary cocktails, known for combining nostalgia with seasonality and inventiveness.

These include: Porridge Punch crafted with oat-infused Woodford Reserve bourbon, sherry, and pistachio orgeat and The Yolk' On You made with vanilla vodka, green Chartreuse, orange blossom, and refreshing acidity at the punchline or Tough To Beet a combination of cacao-infused rum, beetroot liqueur and cream of coconut available in addition to signature favourites such as Ristetto Negroni – a classic with a 24 hour slow-drip coffee kick.
