Former Ponti’s director Phillip Inzani is to open the ‘ultimate 24-hour Great British café’, called Polo Bar, at 176 Bishopsgate. Aiming to celebrate all that is best of British, Polo Bar serves everything from craft beers, brewed locally, to Chapel Down wine through to a good old English “cuppa”, all designed to accompany the traditional British menu. The menu features fry-ups, pies, home-made steak burgers and salt beef sandwiches. Tea is served daily with scones from 3pm
