Tragus-owned eatery chain, Café Rouge has revealed it plans to expand across the South East.
Retail property service group, GCW will help the restaurant operator to find new sites of 3,000 to 4,000 sq ft in market towns and city centres across the region.
Café Rouge currently has 130 stores situated right across the UK.
