Mexican kitchen and bar group Benitos Hat, has opened its fifth London site and announced plans to now double the size of its estate after securing a £1.4m investment from Calculus Capital earlier this year.
The new branch is located in Farringdon and is the first site in the city and also the first from the planned roll-out. It features new electronic ordering screens so customers do not have to queue. This feature will be in all of the new stores opening next year, as well as a new mobile app which will be launched to enable click and collect ordering as well as keeping customers up to date with special offers, exclusive news and event invitations.
Co-owner Ben Fordham, a former City lawyer, said he had plans to double Benito’s Hat portfolio in the next year.
