Pho to open 10th site

Vietnamese restaurant chain Pho, which is backed by Isis Equity Partners, has secured its 10th site, on Chiswick High Road, West London.

Acquired by agent Davis Coffer Lyons, the new site is a 2,540sq ft unit which Pho has taken on a 20-year lease, at a rent rising to £75,000 per annum.

Rob Meadows of DCL said: “Pho is on a major expansion drive at the moment as it looks to achieve its aim of 25 sites within four years.

'Chiswick will be its first restaurant in a suburban location - something we expect to see more of as the chain grows. The new restaurant will be an exciting addition to the Chiswick scene and will benefit greatly from its proximity to a new Picture House cinema which is due to open a couple of doors away later this year.”

Pho operates 7 other sites in London, 1 in Leeds and 1 in Brighton.
