Benito’s Hat is to open its sixth site, on the former Mother Mash site on Leadenhall Street next month. This comes on the heels of its 5th site in Farringdon which opened in November and other sites at Kings Cross, Covent Garden, Oxford Street and Goodge Street. The 1,800 square foot restaurant and bar is spread over three floors. Founder Ben Fordham said: “Our Leadenhall restaurant is perfectly positioned in a high footfall area and will provide a fresh and exciting food and drink offering that is ideally suited to the fast pace of the City. This year, we are looking to strengthen our team and aim to reach a target of ten branches by the end of 2014.”
