American-style diner chain, MeatLiquor has purchased the fried chicken restaurant Wishbone in London’s Brixton.
Also, the company, which operates branches in Oxford Road and Brighton, is planning to set up its another outlet in the heart of Stokes Croft, Bristol within a matter of months.
The branches in London and Brighton do not take bookings and people are known to queue for a table on most nights.
The aim is to roll out the concept across the UK and similar outlets are due to open in Leeds, Glasgow and Newcastle over the next 12 months.
