Crown Group's Hospitality Solutions business has landed the contract to provide services for the Coronation Cup, part of the Audi International Polo Series at Guards' Polo Club Windsor.
All ticket sales, logistics and catering for the guest packages for the July event will be managed by Hospitality Solutions.
The event owner, Hurlingham Polo Association, has previously worked with Keith Prowse but made the decision to go with ‘a smaller boutique service’, Crown says.
Hospitality Solutions’ ‘compelling pitch’ made use of the services from across the group including Seasoned Events for catering, Piggotts for marquees, The Event Hire Company for furniture and Jobs2Go for staffing.
