Chessington World of Adventures opens new jungle-themed hotel

A second themed hotel has opened this month in Chessington World of Adventures in Surrey, joining its sister hotel Chessington Safari.

The 69 bedroom hotel called Azteca allows hotel guests to explore the park before it opens and enjoy the facilities over two days.

The hotel additionally gives guests exclusive access to AMAZU – a new treetop walkway among the capuchin monkeys after the park is closed.

Azteca features themed bedrooms and a Temple Restaurant which offers a buffet serving grilled meats, fish and vegetarian options.

Animal trainer at Chessington World of Adventures, Linda Berggren said, “Our new Azteca hotel will offer visitors an interactive experience like no other.’

‘With views from the bedroom windows looking out onto a whole host of our amazing animals roaming outside, this hotel is truly unique and offers a real sense of getting close to nature whilst also transporting you into a whole new mystical world.”
