Casual dining chain, Las Iguanas follows its announcement to open its third Scottish site at the end of the month with news that another restaurant is to open in Derby in mid-October.
The new Derby site, which will be located on Friar Gate, will feature a double-height atrium from which diners can watch the expert chefs at work.
It will also include an 18th century bakery, offering a more private dining area at the back of the main dining room, complete with original clay oven.
Including these two new sites, the company's portfolio stands at 37 restaurants across the UK.
