Vietnamese restaurant chain Pho has secured two more London venues - one at Bedford Hill Balham, set to open in November and a restaurant in Covent Garden which will open early next year.
The announcement follows the opening of its 10th restaurant in the capital, at One New Change last month – its biggest London site to date.
Pho is also planning to open at the Grand Central Station in Birmingham next September and aims to grow the current portfolio of 12 sites to 25 within the next few years.
