Lowry Hotel set for £4m makeover

Westmont Hospitality is to invest £4m in a major refurbishment of its newly-acquired Lowry Hotel in Salford, Manchester.

The 165-room five-star hotel was bought by Westmont from Rocco Forte in September last year after going on the market for a rumoured £40m.

The Lowry Hotel has welcomed the likes of Lady Gaga, Robbie Williams and Pharrell Williams and offers the largest hotel room in Greater Manchester, the Presidential Suite for £4k per night.
