Global construction and FM group, Interserve is planning to relocate its 1,150 staff in the West Midlands to a new 225,000 sq ft regional headquarters in Solihull in 2018.
The new five-story triangular shaped building will also offer underground and surface level car-parks for 450 vehicles.
The new HQ, which has the capacity for 1,600 employees, will see Interserve relocate staff from existing offices in Erdington, Aldridge, Dudley, Redditch and West Bromwich.
Interserve, which has its global headquarters in Reading, offers advice, design, construction, equipment, facilities management and frontline public services.
Listed in the FTSE 250 index, the company has gross revenues of £3.3bn and employs around 80,000 people across the world.
