Kolamba ready for reopening with new brunch menu

Popular Sri Lankan restaurant Kolamba in London's Carnaby, which launched last August, is gearing up for the summer by launching a brand new brunch menu and weekly lunch special.

The brunch menu, created by Kolamba founders Eroshan and Aushi Meewella, is inspired by lazy, sunny brunches in their native Sri Lanka and will launch on Saturday 4 July at 10am.

The new brunch offer includes:
> Kolamba Granola - Kithul roasted oats with mango puree and coconut yoghurt

> Cacklebean Egg Hopper with Kithul-glazed Bacon - crispy bowl shaped pancake with an organic egg cracked in the centre and served with sweet palm-treacle glazed bacon (+ £5 Black Pork curry/Monkfish Curry)

> Kiribath with Lunu Miris - rice cooked in coconut milk served with a chilli onion relish.

> Chicken Curry & Pol Sambol Toastie with Date & Lime Chutney - sourdough toastie of shredded chicken curry and pol sambol.

Locals to Soho can pick up an affordable and quick lunchtime bowl of assorted Kolamba curries and daal to take back to the office or apartment.
