The Montagu Arms, a boutique hotel located in Beaulieu in the New Forest that is also home to award-winning restaurant, The Terrace and quintessentially British pub Monty’s Inn, has appointed Andrew Berridge as General Manager.
With over fifteen years hospitality experience gleaned in management and front of house roles within prestigious 4-5* hotels and Michelin-starred restaurants across the country, Andrew is responsible for the day-to-day running of The Montagu Arms.
Driving recruitment, supervising the front of house team, operations and project management duties; Andrew will also ensure the hotel offers the highest quality guest experience.
Andrew joins The Montagu Arms from Stanbrook Abbey Hotel in Worcester, where he held the position of Deputy General Manager, managing a team of 60. He was responsible for hotel, restaurant and bar management, as well as overseeing large events and conferences.
Prior to that, Andrew held senior positions at hotels including the 5* The Manor House Hotel, The Peppermill and The Stag & Huntsman.
