In line with their focus on talent development and long-term careers, Mark Connell, previously Head of Sales, has been promoted to Sales and Retention Director. In addition to this role, Mark will support the growth initiatives of Rapport Guest Services and Chartwells Universities and Colleges.
Joining the team to drive further growth is Jeni Edwards, appointed as Business Development Director. With a background in foodservice operations, Jeni has achieved great success in sales and established her own consultancy in 2013. She is a fellow of the Institute of Hospitality, a past-chair and board member of ACE, and actively contributes to the fund-raising committee for Springboard UK.
Furthermore, Bonnie Taylor has earned a promotion within the Restaurant Associates venues division to the position of Business Development Manager. Bonnie will contribute to new sales proposals and bids. Kate Law and Simon Myatt have been welcomed as new hires in the same role, with both bringing extensive operational and sales experience to the team.
