London-based bagel specialists B Bagel are aiming to expand to 20 cafés by 2030.
The announcement comes as the brand prepares to open its seventh location on London’s New Oxford Street on 27 October.
The new store will offer freshly baked bagels made on-site, alongside a range of hot drinks, breakfast dishes, deli items, and platters — all of which will also be available for corporate catering.
B Bagel has entered a new phase of expansion with the appointment of Nicholas Brown, former regional director at the Wonderfield Group, as its operations director.
Brown brings extensive experience from the casual dining and quick-service restaurant sectors, having previously held roles with well-known brands including Yo! Sushi, Wimpy, and Domino’s.
Yoav Baumgarten, founder of B Bagel, said: “It’s a big month for B Bagel with the opening of another site and Nicholas joining the team. Nicholas brings some great experience and is a significant hire for the business, showing our intent to continue to grow. I know he will be key in working with me and the team to shape this next phase.
“Our New Oxford Street store comes at a key time with Christmas just around the corner and I know our team there will be excited to bring even more Londoners our freshly baked bagels with a sprinkling of festive spirit on top.”
Founded in 2015 by Baumgarten and Alon Kubi, B Bagel currently operates six locations across London, including sites in Soho, Chelsea, Highgate, and Tottenham Court Road.
