Stonegate Pub Partners secures record £12m Q1 investment, £40m pipeline

Stonegate Group’s leased and tenanted division, Pub Partners, has achieved a record £12 million investment in the first quarter of its financial year, reinforcing its commitment to helping publicans succeed and keeping pubs at the heart of communities across the UK.

Pub Partners has also confirmed a development pipeline exceeding £30 million for the rest of the year, reinforcing Stonegate’s long-term strategy of backing entrepreneurial publicans and driving sustainable growth.

Central to this is a new co-investment programme launching in early 2026, aimed at unlocking value through targeted interior upgrades, improved utilisation of outdoor areas, and readiness for major trading events, including the FIFA World Cup 2026.

The record Q1 investment is part of a broader programme to enhance the overall service and support offer for publicans. In addition to property investment, Pub Partners continues to invest in a suite of new and enhanced digital tools, enabling publicans to run successful businesses while accessing support and services flexibly.

Key initiatives include the Trade on Tap online ordering platform, improved central operations and communications capabilities, and continued enhancements to Pub Hub and My Pub, which deliver real-time performance insights, business data and practical tools to support growth.

Dan Castle, Managing Director of Stonegate Pub Partners, said: “Our record Q1 spend and £40m pipeline reflects our ongoing commitment to being a supportive, long-term partner to our publicans. We have a brilliantly diverse estate of businesses, each at the heart of their communities and run by some exceptional entrepreneurial partners.

“Alongside property investment, we’re continuing to innovate and improve the systems and support our publicans need to succeed. I’m proud of the progress we’ve made and excited about what’s to come as we continue to invest, improve and innovate.”

This latest investment programme underscores Stonegate Pub Partners’ commitment to collaboration, innovation, and partnership, providing publicans with the resources and support needed to build sustainable, successful businesses.
