Chef Robin Gill is set to open Paradise Garage on 21 July in Bethnal Green, London. Gill opened The Manor in November, and The Delicatessen in January, situated beside The Dairy which was his first venture opening in 2013.
Former Arbutus and The Dairy chef, Simon Woodrow will be heading up the kitchen. His menu will serve up dishes like Barbequed sardines, sea greens, tomato & horseradish, Lamb rump, sweetbreads, summer cabbage, peas & marjoram, and Beer Salumi.
The Manor's pastry chef, Kira Ghidoni will be creating her desserts based on seasonal produce and British heritage.
The open kitchen gives up to 8 diners the chance to sit up on the pass. The main restaurant area will also have a mezzanine section surrounded by house cured salumi, ferments and wines.
