FM services provider, Servest has been awarded a new three-year contract with existing client, the bakery group Frank Roberts & Sons.
The catering services deal includes the provision of breakfast and lunch together with vending and hospitality for the company’s manufacturing site in Northwich, where around 930 people are employed.
Frank Roberts, which has been based in the Cheshire market town since it was established in 1887, produces more than 2m loaves plus ‘morning goods’ each week under the Roberts Bakery brand. Its parallel Little Treats Co. brand specialises in sweet bakery products.
The company first outsourced its catering to Servest in November 2013. The renewed deal is testament to the excellent service and high levels of customer satisfaction achieved over the past three years, Servest says. In addition, the service provider has achieved 100% ratings on all its health and safety audits and spot checks – essential when working for a food manufacturer.
The new deal is based on no increase to the existing catering subsidy.
