Gatwick's Courtyard By Marriott Is Up For Sale


Courtyard by Marriott hotel at Gatwick Airport has been put on the market by Kew Green Hotels, that owns and operates 20 branded UK hotels. The 218-bedroom site opened in April 2009 and achieves about 90% occupancy year round. The hotel includes a restaurant, bar, business centre, fitness centre and parking for around 150 cars. The sale of the hotel will be subject to the franchise and related agreements with Marriott International.
