Genuine Dining Co has launched the Los Angeles-themed Nekta cafe located at Pinewood Studios as part of a five-year deal, which is expected to generate £10m in total turnover.
The British film and television studios' head office - situated in Iver Heath, Buckinghamshire - will have five dining venues in total with an estimated occupancy of up to 3,000 people.
The Nekta cafe offers fresh, handmade salads and sandwiches, quiches, as well as weekly changing specials including; ‘king prawns and oak smoked salmon, courgettes, cherry tomatoes, red onion, rocket and mozzarella’, along with a variety of alcoholic and soft drinks such as ‘The Gym Bunny’ juice for those health conscious ones amongst us.
The cafe, which is open seven days a week, is made up of an inside dining area and an outside LA-style outside lounging space (pictured).
Beyond Nekta, the other eateries will include the Kitchen – serving from breakfast through to lunch; the Coffee Shop – serving hot drinks and artisan baked treats; Hitchcock’s Grill – for more formal meals, meetings or celebrations; the Club Bar – offering quality wines and spirits to complement the Best of British bar menu.
