Hotcha signs 10-site franchise deal for north west expansion

Rapidly-expanding Chinese takeaway franchise, Hotcha has signed a 10-site deal with two franchise operators to expand into the north west.

The operators Chris Wright and Keith Janion both have experience working in the pub, coffee shop and fast food sectors and are confident that the brand will expand beyond the 10 sites.

Chefs, who are trained through a specialist Hotcha academy, serve up a modern take on the traditional Chinese takeaway.

Hotcha, which operate 10 sites in the south west of the country, was founded in 2012 by James Liang (pictured), and is seeking franchisers across the country in ‘urban centres’ to expand the brand nationally.
