    Joe Allen duo to launch new eatery concept in west London


    The pair behind the Joe Allen restaurant brand, Lawrence Hartley and Tim Healy, are to open a new eatery concept, Mustard having acquired a site Brook Green in west London.

    With a focus on healthy British produce, Mustard will be a 'British Brasserie' offering menus that run from breakfast through to dinner.

    Previously a Cafe Rouge, operated by the Casual Dining Group, the property is set to be refurbished and original features are to be restored.
