Maghull Developments has sold Formby Hall Golf Resort Hotel & Luxury Spa in Liverpool to CS Hotels investment firm in a multi-million pound deal, and is set for a major refurbishment.
The plans include a revamp of the existing guest rooms, enhancements to the spa, The 19th Hole Bar, L37 Restaurant and both event rooms.
Set in 183 acres of parkland, Formby Hall Golf Resort and Spa offers 62 individually designed bedrooms, a luxurious spa and leisure facilities, state-of-the-art golf facilities, bars, restaurant and conference facilities.
CS Hotels say they are committed to investing significantly in the resort to ensure it remains the pre-eminent golf and spa resort in the North West.
