Rank-owned Mecca Bingo is planning to transform a building in Nottingham's Angel Row into a bingo hall.
The plans have been submitted to Nottingham Council and are reported to include gaming machines, a separate lounge, music and televisions for entertainment as well as food and drink.
The new hall would offer players the opportunity to play for up to 17 hours a day. If the plans for the new hall are approved, the site will open as early as 7am and remain open until as late as midnight. Sundays would see a later opening time of 9am.
If the plans are approved then the venue would create approximately 25 jobs and require a revamp of the building that would cost close to a million pounds.
