Middletons Steakhouse & Grill is to create up to 60 jobs at a new £1.5m flagship restaurant, due to open in Leicester this autumn.
The menu will offer a selection of prime cut steaks and meats from the grill, as well as fresh fish, lobster and vegetarian options.
The new 200-cover restaurant will proceed a seventh site for the group, which is set for Peterborough early next year.
The man behind Middletons Steakhouse & Grill, Stephen Hutton, is continuing with his plan to open 3-4 restaurants per year over the next three years.
