Grayson Restaurants wins £20m British Library contract

The independent caterer, Grayson Restaurants has won a five-year contract covering restaurant, cafe and event services at the British Library's London HQ.

The deal is valued at £20m and kicks off in October. Also included are plans to refurbish and extend the existing facilities.

British Library Head of Commercial Services, Caroline Brown, said of Graysons, “They impressed us throughout the tender process with their approach to building strong partnerships and their commitment to tailoring their offer and service.”

This is the firm’s second significant win in the area: last year it was appointed at the new Francis Crick Institute.
