New Mediterranean Restaurant For Mayfair
The operators of restaurant chains Zuma and Roka will be launching a new Mediterranean restaurant concept this summer in London’s Mayfair.
Aurelia will offer a tapas-style menu inspired from food in Italy, France and Spain. The restaurant's head chef will be Rosie Yeats-Greenslade.
Located on Cork Street, replacing Mullingan’s of Mayfair, the new 130-cover site is due to open in mid-July.
Restaurateur Giuliano Lotto will co-own Aurelia together with the Waney family, who are behind the restaurant businesses Zuma, Roka, La Petite Maison, and Il Baretto.
