The Bottle of Sauce will open this winter and will be Oxford-based Dodo Pub Company’s third Pub, and its first outside Oxford.
The menu will feature the wood-fired pizzas, burgers and sides plus an extensive selection of drinks that go down well in their Oxford pubs - The Rusty Bicycle and The Rickety Press.
The new pub is on the former site of The Quaich on Ambrosia Street in Cheltenham
