William Jackson Food Group subsidiary, Jackson's Bakery is to invest £5.5m in the expansion of its bakery in Hull, with up to 40 new jobs being added to the 330-strong workforce. The firm supplies most of the major sandwich makers and food service companies in the UK and Europe.
