The four-star Hotel La Tour is to open its doors in Birmingham city centre after a £24m development, the first of what is intended to be a group of five hotels within five years.
The hotel has created 100 full and part time jobs for the area, of which more than 2,000 candidates applied for and already the 174-bedroom hotel has had £1m worth of enquiries prior to yesterdays opening.
