    £70m mixed-use scheme for Nairn given green light


    Highland Council has awarded outline permission to the Cawdor Maintenance
    Trust for a £70m development near Nairn (pictured). The scheme includes a 18-hole championship standard golf course, 120-bed hotel, 300 homes, equestrian and visitor centres. The development will be phased over 10 years.
