    Icelandic chain sets sites on UK with first London opening


    Icelandic burger chain Tommi's Burger Joint is set for London, with the opening of a restaurant in Marylebone in September.

    Owned by Icelandic entrepreneur Tomas Tómasson, who operates six Tommi's Burger Joint outlets in Iceland, the American-style diner will house just 25 covers, offering a selection of burgers including beef and vegetarian.
