Four eateries to open up near Buckingham Palace

Colliers, on behalf of Grosvenor, has secured four new food & drink operators, including Pizza Pilgrims and Gail’s Bakery on London's Buckingham Palace Road, Victoria, in a flurry of activity during the last 12 months.

All four brands have signed new 15-year leases, on the road that run from the south side of Buckingham Palace towards Chelsea.

Pizza Pilgrims has just opened and trading at numbers 32-34. The pizza restaurant will soon be joined by Shan Shui, the Singaporean eatery from Bicester Village, that will open a 1,473 sq ft restaurant at number 14.

Gail’s, the well-known bakery with over 60 stores, will take 1,467 sq ft at numbers 22-24. Neat Burger, the plant-based burger brand backed by Lewis Hamilton, is taking 1,550 sq ft at number 36, for their fourth location in central London.

George Collison, in the London Restaurants team at Colliers, commented, “Buckingham Palace Road is the gateway into Grosvenor’s Belgravia Estate and therefore it is vitally important to attract the right tenants.

'Despite the challenging circumstances it is great to see a flurry of exciting food and beverage offerings taking space at Buckingham Palace Road and these new tenants add a point of difference to the already eclectic food and drink offering in Victoria.

'We are set to announce further exciting deals in the near future.”
