The chief financial and transformation officer of C&C Group Andrew Andrea has been announced as the next chief financial officer at Domino’s Pizza Group.
Andrew, who is also a director at the Ireland-headquartered C&C Group, will remain in his position until 13 March 2026.
The announcement of Andrea’s departure comes as C&C Group — the producer of Tennent’s lager as well as Magners and Bulmers cider — reported a 4% drop in net revenue for the half year ending 31 August 2025.
Domino’s current CFO, Edward Jamieson, who has held the role since 2022, has stepped down from the company “by mutual agreement.” Richard Snow has been appointed interim CFO with immediate effect.
Underlying profit came in within the expected range of €41.5–42.0 million (£36–36.4 million). The group highlighted solid performances from its core brands, Tennent’s and Bulmers, both of which achieved revenue growth during the period.
Revenues from the Matthew Clark Bibendum division were slightly down on last year, which the company attributed to lower volumes purchased by national customers, in line with market trends — particularly in the wines and spirits categories.
Chief executive Roger White said: “The board join me in thanking Andrew for his excellent contribution to C&C. Andrew joined the business during challenging times and has, through his experience and capabilities, played a significant role in the stabilisation and improvement of the business. Andrew will continue to be an important part of the leadership group until his planned departure early next year.”
