Commercial space provider, Workspace Group has acquired 12-13 Greville Street in London, in order to set up a £20m serviced office.
Workspace serviced offices offer new and growing businesses fully fitted office space to let in London, equipped with all the services required in a functioning office; from furniture to telephone and data packages.
The company currently has serviced offices in Camden, Kensington and Chelsea, Holborn, Canary Wharf and Earl’s Court.
