Founder of Hotcha, James Liang, has unveiled plans to further expand his fast-growing Chinese takeaway chain with the launch of a franchise package.
The franchise option has been introduced with the aim of developing a nationwide chain of at least 100 takeaways within five years.
Laing has brought former Domino's development director, Andrew Emmerson, on board to advise on the franchise strategy.
Liang formed Hotcha in 2011 and now operates nine outlets in the south west with three further sites to open this year.
