Hotcha to open 100 sites in five years


Bristol based Chinese takeway chain, Hotcha has revealed plans to open over 100 new outlets across the country within the next five years with the launch of a new franchise scheme.

The company opened a new outlet in Stroud this week taking its portfolio to nine. It also has plans for three more outlets in Bristol and further openings in Cardiff and Bath over the next few months.

Hotcha is searching for new locations and seeking experienced franchisees and fast food managers to run the sites.

Founder of Hotcha, James Liang (pictured), said, 'We are looking for experienced franchisees with strong knowledge of their local markets, a successful track record in business or the food sector and the ambition to launch Hotcha stores in due course.”
