Brazilian restaurant brand, Fazenda is to open a new restaurant in Spinningfields, Manchester. This will be the company's third site as it already operates branches in Leeds and Liverpool.
Diners can choose from 15 cuts of grilled meat served churrascaria-style (from the barbecue), which are delivered continuously to their table by the restaurant’s passadores (meat chefs). Customers can give them the red card when they have had enough or show a green card for more.
The restaurant is set to open in October and will seat nearly 180 diners inside, with extra space outside, in three private dining rooms and a bar.
